The hardest part of building a coaching quiz is not the tech. It is staring at a blank screen wondering what to actually ask. Most coaches either go too broad ("What is your biggest challenge right now?") or too specific ("On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate your work-life balance across these seven dimensions?"). Neither works. Good quiz questions do one thing: they help your prospect feel understood while quietly telling you everything you need to know about whether they are the right fit.
